Meet your breeder
Small by choice.
Personal from day one.
Looking for a Savannah cat breeder near Las Vegas should lead to a conversation, not just a list of kittens. At LVHYBRIDS, you speak directly with me about your home, your other pets and what you hope for in a companion.
I stay home with my kittens from day one. They grow up with daily handling, my small blind dog and my rescue diabetic senior cat. That is their everyday environment—not a promise that every kitten will have the same personality or instantly get along with every pet.
My private waitlist helps me plan future placements without producing litter after litter. If you are browsing Savannah kittens for sale, contact me for more information about current kittens, upcoming plans and pricing.
A thoughtful match
What to ask before choosing your Savannah kitten
01 / Everyday life
How is this kitten raised?
Ask to see recent photos or video and discuss handling, play, feeding and exposure to household life. Here, you can talk to the person who knows the litter firsthand.
02 / The individual kitten
Which personality fits my home?
Coat pattern and size are only part of the decision. Tell me about children, other animals, your schedule and your expectations. Personality matters more than choosing a kitten by a label alone.
03 / Before you commit
What should I confirm in writing?
Discuss registration and pedigree, veterinary records, the agreement, timing and pickup arrangements before sending money. You cannot identify a kitten’s generation just by looking at its spots or predicting its adult size.
Nevada · California · Utah
Near Las Vegas. Open to the right home beyond Nevada.
LVHYBRIDS is based in Pahrump, Nevada—not a separate cattery in every city. For Las Vegas and Henderson families, contact me to discuss your kitten and pickup plans directly.
California and Utah families are welcome to inquire, too. Share your city before making plans so we can discuss logistics. Confirm state, city, county and housing rules for your specific kitten before reserving; one state-level answer is not enough for every household.
Searching for Savannah cats for sale “near me” is a starting point. The next step is making sure the kitten, the breeder and the arrangements are right for you. Ask questions first—you do not have to fill out an application just to introduce yourself.
Text or call 702.918.6979 for current kitten pricing and more information. If you are planning ahead, tell me your preferred timing and we can discuss the private waitlist.

I truly can't say enough wonderful things about my breeder. She is not your typical breeder — she does this because she genuinely loves Savannah cats and cares deeply about the breed and every cat she places. What makes her so special is that her care doesn't end once you bring your cats home. To this day, I still send her photos and updates, and she continues to answer any questions I have. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a Savannah breeder who is knowledgeable, responsible, caring, and genuinely passionate about the breed. Five stars simply aren't enough!

UPDATE FROM HOME · LAS VEGAS SAVANNAHS
I call their playroom “Kitty Disneyland,” because they can run, jump, play hide & seek, climb and ricochet off the walls if they want to! The easiest way to catch them is with chicken hearts or minnows — they can't resist them and come right to you every time. Yes, they are a handful, but Dave is in Kitty heaven!
